The unarmed field security officer is the foundation of any security agency, and at Corinthian Security Services, we offer our clients the absolute best officers available.

All of our field officers are carefully selected. They must be well trained, have previous security experience, and must meet the stringent criteria set for all Corinthian Security Services officers. Each officer is instructed to abide by the policies and procedures which are created solely to provide for the custom and individual needs of our clients.

At the commencement of all new contracts, the security officers whom are assigned to your location, along with their direct supervisors, are introduced to the client and given a tour of the property to familiarize everyone with all access points, trouble spots, and check points. Customized post orders which are specifically designed to meet the site’s specific security needs are then prepared for the client’s approval.

It is key for both our officers and direct supervisors to become proficient in performing the post orders according to your requirements. Regular performance checks are made on all field officers in order to insure proper procedures are being followed and client satisfaction is being achieved. In addition, supervisors and company representatives commence regular field checks and work shifts themselves to guarantee client needs are being met.
